I've decided to change the world by empowering children.

I have been training in the martial arts for over ten years, teaching over the last three, and working hard to hone my writing skills to empower people through the written word. 

15 years ago when I was toying with the idea of writing books I could not imagine getting the kind of feedback I am getting from 11-12 years old kids from my story The Eye of the Storm.

In the spirit of helping children understand and develop important attributes such as high self-esteem, teamwork, compassion, responsibility I wrote a story that is changing lives.

The Eye of the Storm is a thrilling adventure featuring five extraordinary characters that must find courage in face of adversity.

As one Grade 6 student wrote me:

“Your book has taught me to not give up. To take responsibility. To make goals and fix mistakes I made in the past.”– Cindy 11 years old.
